Fleadh Cheoil Ros Comáin 2011 [see events page for more details]

The Fleadh Cheoil is an annual event at which persons from 10 years upward compete in music, song and dance to qualify for the provincial competitions which will be held in Ballymote, Co Sligo, in 2011.

2011 is the 60th anniversary of Comhaltas Ceoltóirí Éireann, and its organising branches will put on special events to celebrate the anniversary.

Several event such as sessions, ceilis, music classes etc are held each year in the various local branches.

County Roscommon holds its annual County Fleadh during Easter Weekend, and is generally regarded as being one of the better fleadhanna.
